• Standard production time is 10-15 business days.

• There is a 5% cancellation fee once order is accepted.
• No cancellation after final approval.

• Delivery by a Rose Promotions, LLC representative is available in the Leesburg, Loudoun, Fairfax, Herndon, Reston, Sterling, and Dulles areas. Special arrangements can be provided to other areas in Northern Virginia, Montgomery County, and Metro D.C.
• F.O.B. shipping for out-of-state orders.

• Non-imprinted samples available upon request at wholesale cost.

• Initial product proofs are available upon request at no charge.
• There may be a charge for additional proofs.

• Deposit may be required.

• Less than minimum quantities on may be available on certain items.
• Surcharges apply on items when less than minimum quantities are ordered.
• Call our sales team if you have any item specific questions about minimum quantities.

• +/- 10% is the industry tolerance level.  For example; You order 200 pens and 220 are produced.
• You will be charged for over runs.
• You will be credited for under runs.

• Screen charges are generally one-time charges.
• Screen charges depend on variables, such as: number of colors number of locations, etc.
